Sandcatchers, a New York City-based band, fuse Middle Eastern music, jazz, surf rock, and Americana into a unique sound. The band's eclectic style and engaging shows have earned them critical acclaim and a dedicated fan base, and they have performed at venues nation-wide.
LIVENOAH
Noah Dinerstein, aka LIVENOAH, is a singer/songwriter from Utica, New York. Showcasing his signature blend of vigor and versatility, his recent track, "When All Your Friends Are Bartenders," propelled him to the forefront of the local music scene. We are thrilled to have Noah share his talent at Jewtica for the third year running.
Rabbi Gustavo Geier
Rabbi Geier, hailing from Buenos Aires, Argentina, spent three decades enchanting congregations with his singing as a cantor. Since 2021, he has brought his musical talents and spiritual leadership to Temple Beth El of Utica, fostering community and building a sacred space where his melodic voice continues to inspire.
Sara Tisch
Sara Tisch has been playing the violin since age 9, starting in her hometown of Utica. She currently performs with the Orchestra Book Club and the Firebird Pops Orchestra in Boston, and enjoys a range of musical genres from classical to klezmer.
